Thank you for shopping with Lavente Studio. This policy explains how and when we deliver your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses all over Pakistan.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within Pakistan.

Payment options

You can pay online at checkout, or choose cash on delivery (COD) and pay the courier when your order arrives. For cash on delivery orders, we may call or message you to confirm your order before we send it.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days of being placed, all over Pakistan.

Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during sales, holidays, bad weather or other events outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation with your tracking details by email or SMS.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by a wrong or incomplete address. If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible, before your order is dispatched.

Failed or refused deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you or the parcel is refused, the order will be returned to us. Cash on delivery orders that are refused may not be eligible for cash on delivery again in the future.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
